I have had the same issue since around January. i have done extensive troubleshooting over the last few months with fixing this issue and have found the only way to fix is to roll your AMD graphics driver back to the JAN 2022 driver. seems like AMD has uncovered a bug with the drivers and haven't noticed nor done anything about it.
